What is Little Silver Sauna?

Little Silver Sauna will be a Garage Gym operated members only sauna and cold plunge facility at 2 Oceanport Ave in Little Silver, NJ.

The facility will feature a 19' x 9' x 10’ sauna with tri-level stadium seating, two cold plunges, and open seating for you and all your friends. 

A place to sauna, rinse, plunge, and leave better because you did.

Why we’re building Little Silver Sauna

Well, simple answer is because sauna and cold plunge just feels amazing.

We’re working on a new word to create that’s a blend of amazing, euphoric, and enlightened to describe how it feels. 

...more on that later.

But also because Little Silver doesn't have a place like this.

We believe the people of Little Silver and surrounding towns deserve somewhere to go that helps them feel good, invest into their future health, and be part of a community pursuing the best versions of themselves.

That's what we built The Garage Gym to do & Little Silver Sauna is the next chapter of that same mission.

Three years later…

We started working on this in February 2023.

When we signed the lease for The Garage Gym Little Silver, we also signed the lease for this facility with the plan of opening it in tandem with the gym.

Lots of town zoning department communication, board of health emails, architect meetings and land use attorney work… we had to pin the project.

We prioritized opening The Garage Gym Little Silver and, skipping a couple years of details, in December 2025 were finally granted permission to start the Little Silver Sauna project.

April 16th, 2026 we got keys to the facility and that week broke ground.

It’s been exactly 2 months of work and as of writing, framing is almost done.

There’s a lot left to do and a LOT to still work through on the town / health department front - but we’re stoked to aim to open Little Silver Sauna this Fall.
