A Pursuing 100% spotlight.

The gym is a place to do hard things…

but not just to look good in the mirror. 

As a personal trainer and coach, Sage believes that the hard things you do in the gym are an investment in the person you become outside of it.

Fitness isn’t just fitness - it's a tool.

A tool to use on the pursuit of the 100% version of herself.

More than the gym.

The gym is a tool to build your fitness, yes.

But - also a tool to build self confidence, character, and an ability to then do hard things - outside the gym.

Sage has an infectious understanding that doing hard things in the gym develops you into a person who can do hard things everywhere else. 

The version of you that walks out after a hard workout is a little more capable than the one who walked in.

Mindset is everything

Does anyone really love a hard workout session, every time they have one ?

Probably not.

But Sage approaches hard things intent, not dread.

She knows that on the other side of something difficult is a version of herself she hasn't met yet.

& that's what makes the pursuit of 100% so compelling - it's not necessarily about the podium, performance metric, or number on the scale. 

It's about who she's becoming in the process.

The standard
